The first piece in an ongoing series.

It explores the paradox of finding balance in the impossible: how a surreal and unexpected situation can be met with calm, resilience, and contemplation.

Each piece juxtaposes the shape of an animal, composed to naturally embrace the square format of the artwork, with a carefully staged interior scene, creating a dialogue between a restrained outer composition and a more intimate, detailed narrative.
